Familia Latina Unida/Sin Fronteras is a joint ministry of Centro Sin Fronteras and Adalberto United Methodist Church. FLU/SF was formed to promote the cause of justice for Latino immigrants and especially to work for the unification of families who are suffering from separation because of our broken immigration laws and the harsh inequities of global economics.
Familia Latina Unida/Sin Fronteras is organized and registered in the state of Illinois as a not-for-profit corporation but does not have federal tax exempt status. While we welcome donations, these donations cannot be claimed on yo0ur federal tax returns.
Familia Latina Unida/Sin Fronteras has initiated many social campaigns for immigrant rights and family unity. The most recent of these is Latina:Committee for the first 100 days which seeks to to inform and organize Latinas across the nation to put pressure on the next congress to pass a just comprehensive immigration reform and to renegotiate NAFTA.
